We start with a relaxed, no-obligation conversation about your business, what you need, and what you're hoping your website will achieve. No jargon, no pressure — just an honest chat.
I'll put together a clear proposal covering exactly what's included, your timeline, and your price — so you know what to expect before anything is agreed.
Once you're happy to go ahead, I'll send a short questionnaire to get to know your business properly, and gather everything I need from you — text, images, logo, and any ideas you have
This is where the work happens. I'll design and build your site, keeping you updated along the way, and send you a first draft to review with plenty of room for revisions.
Once you're happy with everything, your site goes live. You'll get a period of free support afterwards, and the option of an ongoing care plan if you'd like someone keeping an eye on things long-term.
